We’re hiring a Facilitator to help “hold the space” so young people can be free within the boundaries of safety and respect, while you support their interests, connection-making, and day-to-day flow (sometimes as coach, guide, witness, problem-solver, or chaperone). This is an in-person Mondays role (9:45–3:15), primarily outdoors in Albuquerque and Tijeras, plus a weekly Zoom meeting, at $17/hour.  If this work feels like a good fit, the details in the link above will walk you through the responsibilities, qualifications, and how to apply.
